YipitData (“Yipit,” “we,” “us,” “our”) processes, collects, uses, and discloses information collected from and about you when using and interacting with the ShopMail browser extension and web application (the “ShopMail Services”). A. Information You Provide While Using the ShopMail Services

We collect information that you provide when you access or use the ShopMail Services or otherwise communicate or interact with us. For example, this may include certain contact information to communicate and provide you with access to the ShopMail Services.

You are not required to provide us with this information, but you may not be able to use the ShopMail Services or certain features if you do not provide it.

We may in addition collect general location information (such as general location inferred from IP address).

C. Information We Process from Other Sources

When you use our browser extension, we are able to access the URL of the sites you are visiting and the contents of those website pages as we seek to identify relevant checkout pages and help you automatically apply any applicable discount codes, as well as verify their validity.

2. How We Use the Information We Process

We use your information in a variety of ways described in this Privacy Policy or for purposes disclosed at the time of collection or to which you consent. In particular, we may use your information to:

• Provide and manage the ShopMail Services;
• Respond to your requests or other communications, including providing support and troubleshooting;

Aggregate/De-Identified Information.We may aggregate and/or de-identify any information collected through the ShopMail Services so that such information can no longer be linked to you or your device (“Aggregate/De-Identified Information”). We may use Aggregate/De-Identified Information for any purpose, including without limitation for research and marketing purposes, and may also disclose such data to any third parties at our discretion.

Legal Bases for Processing.The laws in certain jurisdictions (such as those in the European Union and United Kingdom), require us to inform you of the "legal bases" on which we process your information. The legal bases for using your information as set out in this Privacy Policy are as follows:

We do not knowingly collect “personal information” (as defined in the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act) from children under 13 years of age, and no part of our ShopMail Services are directed to or intended for use by children. 7. Third-Party Links and Services

The ShopMail Services may contain links to other websites, products, or services that we do not own or operate. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties, nor do we endorse or make any representations regarding them or their practices. Please be aware that this Privacy Policy does not apply to your activities on these third-party services or any information you disclose to these third parties. 9. Your Choices

A. Marketing Communications

In accordance with applicable law, we may send you marketing communications regarding the ShopMail Services or the services of third parties that we believe will be interesting to you. In addition, you can opt out of receiving promotional emails from us by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the email. Removing your name from the email list may take a reasonable amount of time. Please note that even if you opt out of promotional communications, we may still contact you regarding non-promotional matters, such as certain administrative or transactional emails from us (e.g., emails notifying you to confirm any requests, or that we have updated our policies).

B. Cookies

You may be able to set your web browser to notify you when you receive a cookie and to accept or refuse certain cookies. If you elect not to accept cookies, some functionality and areas of the Services may be restricted. To learn how to manage your cookies, please follow the instructions from your specific browser. 9. Notice for California Residents

a. California Privacy Rights

The ShopMail Services are a tool provided by Yipit. This Privacy Policy discusses how Yipit collects, uses, and discloses information in connection with the ShopMail Services. b. Do Not Track

California law requires us to let you know how we respond to web browser Do Not Track (“DNT”) signals. Because there currently isn’t an industry or legal standard for recognizing or honoring DNT signals, we don’t respond to them at this time.

c. California “Shine the Light” Disclosure

California’s “Shine the Light” law gives California residents the right under certain circumstances to request information from us regarding the manner in which we share certain categories of “personal information” (as defined in the Shine the Light law) with third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We do not share your “personal information” with third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time. When we do so, we will post the updated Privacy Policy on https://www.getshopmail.com/privacy with a new “Last updated” date. Updates become effective immediately on the posting of the new Privacy Policy. We encourage you to check the Services and Privacy Policy regularly. We will provide further notice of changes in accordance with legal requirements. Your use of the Services following any changes to the Privacy Policy constitutes your agreement to the terms of the revised Privacy Policy.
